A initially learned photography as a kid shooting black & white then developing the photos in a dark room, that was a magical time and sparked my interest in photography. As I got older I dabbled in digital photography but wasn't until my kids were born that i really started to get an active interest back in it all.
In the 1980 photo at 2:05 I think thats Leanne Clark in the front row wearing the bright red top and white pants and Aaron Clark in the blue top, 2nd row from front 2nd from left. Our dad worked at the post office with Phil Aspinall at the time. My other sister and I were born at Te Puia Springs and would have attended Toko school if we hadnt moved to South Canterbury in 1981. I had a fantastic time holidaying back in Toko in 2012.
