A initially learned photography as a kid shooting black & white then developing the photos in a dark room, that was a magical time and sparked my interest in photography. As I got older I dabbled in digital photography but wasn't until my kids were born that i really started to get an active interest back in it all.

You give honest, good info man, I appreciate it
In my opinion, for casual shooters (as in, not taking pictures professionally), I'd say the DX series (D3500 as of 2018) should be just fine. Anything more than that would just be overkill.
What about the d610 and d7200? Which one should i buy?
Stay on point the first 4 min. extremely boring…..
I bought a D300S based on another video recommendation you made for $288. I love it. Just got it. So good.
I'm saving money to get this used Nikon d7100 and do my typical slideshow about it…..
Is the D7200 better than the D 7500 in your option, I consider you to be very knowledgeable on Nikon
I have 1000 $ to spend on my first camera and a cheap lens … But i w ant a capable full frame with a great image quality , and i don't mind if it is refub or used . Thank you
Could the d700 work for shooting concerts or dim gigging venues?
had d3100 for like 4years, sold it and put extra 130 to get d5300.
No thanks no Nikon camera. I love Canon EOS
Hey man do you recommend the d7200 at a 1000 price range for mostly landscape, portrait and street? Im studying photography atm and Im coming from a d5100. Or do you think the d7100 is a better option as an upgrade, price wise and still does the job? I would really appreciate your reply.
Money is not an issue for me
dirty package of happiness great Mr Angry saying
Where can you get a D5200 for $350 new? It's at least $450 where I've seen!
Where do you see the Nikon D200/300 being sold for those prices?

I have a D700 and it's now reaching the shutter count limit, I think it's around 120k.. I also have a D90 but the shutter button and the viewfinder aren't working anymore but I'm still able to make videos. I used to shoot with the D90 in nightclubs both video and stills but since it's broken, I only use it to make videos and I have no choice but to use my D700 for photos…
So my dilemma is, should I buy a D750 to replace them both or get a D7100/D7200? I'm leaning more towards the FX but I don't want to use it just to shoot in nightclubs..
+Theoria Apophasis. I just got a D700 body for around 500$.is it still a good choice for a camera though it's now replaced by other better cams. Also would Iike to know what versatile lens I should get for it as I have just upgraded to full frame. Thank Sir. Chafik
I watched one of your videos last night where you were recommending the D800e but NOT the D800? I bought my D800 when they were new and my understanding the only difference between the D800 and the D800e is the lack of a AA filter on the D800? Are there reliability issues between these two models that I am not aware of?
can you do an up to date review, as some of these have been discontinued (or at least they have been in the UK).
Thanks.
I got a D3300 it's cheap and it got me pretty good results.
Just got a d800 for $1,300 🙂 did I do good your Holiness?
What is your opinion with regards to (comparing) Nikon 7100 vs Canon 7D; or Nikon 7200 vs Canon 7D Mark II. I used to collect all the camera brands, yet preferred Nikon, I think to follow the pros. I see you prefer Nikons. Did the pros give Nikon a good name or vice-versa? Or both? And finally, is Nikon P900 a good choice given its 2000mm lens? Thanks for your advice, Ken. 🍸
recently got a d750 i regret it bcuz d810 is only 500$ more where i live
