Here’s a timelapse video showing the entire process involved with creating my latest oil painting “Endless.” The piece was inspired by a photo Justin Melton Inman posted by to Instagram. This video takes you from start to finish so you can see everything from the blank canvas through to adding my signature on the completed work. I work in an expressionistic style, slapping layers of abstract color onto the canvas with a palette knife and squeegee before going in and pulling out the details.

Step into the weird and wonderful world of artist Paul Richmond, where anything could go down — even a pin-up boys’ pants! We’re all a little high on paint fumes around here, so grab a brush and join the painting party!

Now, THIS is what I call expressive art. Some people can just splash paint on a canvas and call it expressive art. But this is expressive while also having serious talent put behind it. Amazing! I really love this artwork.
Give it up for Paul THE MAN !
Bababadalgnaraghtakamminarronnkonnbronntonneronntuonnthunntrovarrhounawnskawntoohoohoordenenthurnuk that was exhausting Well done Paul superb.
How often did you have to stop to let things dry? I have tried to paint like this before and everything ends up a bit too blended. Perhaps it is my quality of paints?
Awesome painting! I also like to work on a textured surface rather than a white canvas, i was just wondering what you just to draw your outline for your portraits before you start with the oil?
Your painting is very impressive and expressive. Thanks for your video.
Wooow. Very very good.
Excuse my French
But that looks the bollocks
Nice use of colours
Got depth 🤔look at me talking like I’m a art critic 😂
Very nice. It s a lot of work ! Thank you to share.
Everything on the video was so perfect except the music. My opinion though. You could use some serious piano, cinema music.
Extremely average. No sense of process (as an art in itself). Looks like any dude, no specific person's face. No discerning use of intensity, brightness, or hue. BORING.
Looks fantastic. I'm just coming from Acrylics to oils and learning daily. Was your background acrylic? It seemed to be too raw to be oil ;staying with the fat over lean rule? Thanks. ;o) SS
😍😍😍👍👍
Wonderful artwork.much feelings in it.Thank you for seeing real art.
Beautiful
Woahh this is so awesome
