    always thought a "photobomb" was when someone jumps in last second to be in photo who wasn"t suppose to be in photo

    I don't know about laws in England, or who is responsible for the park in question, but in the US, if a park is public property, like a city park, you can't monopolize the park, or a part of it, and make people move unless you have a permit to do so. It doesn't matter if it is a wedding photo shoot or a picnic or a video, I am pretty sure they could have got a permit, but were just too cheap! Shame on them!

    It sounds like the sunbather was their first. The only ones rude were that party who assumed they had the right to make her move. It takes at least an hour for photos. They could have done it somewhere else or waited. Why would they expect that she had to move just becuase they wanted to crash where she was????
