A initially learned photography as a kid shooting black & white then developing the photos in a dark room, that was a magical time and sparked my interest in photography. As I got older I dabbled in digital photography but wasn't until my kids were born that i really started to get an active interest back in it all.

Good video but aperture priority has nothing to do with how the camera meters. In fact you can use Aperture Priority with Spot metering and lock your exposure just the same.
Oh dear – it's June 21st today! Great video. I like your style!
You extraordinary man I really liked the way you talk with bride
Your videographers need to practice big time!!!
Cliff, When exposing for her face. How do you not over expose her dress?
Hey Cliff…. your picture is green dude. The grass reflected up on your subject and her face is green. Try using a white reflector next time I want you to take pictures you don't have to be ashamed of.
Nice tutorial, but what about that green cast from the grass on her face? I don't like it at all. How can you avoid that?
well I stay in India and at noon the sun is almost above the head…
Hello,
Thanks for great videos. I have a question:
If I have to shoot reception and ceremony outside, 13:00, maby shooting into the light, what should I do:
1) Minimaize the aperture to get great aperture of the backlight, ettl on the camera
2) Using high speed flash sync in order to get appropiate aperture of the cakground, ettl on camera
3) Using normal flash sync, minimaize aperture to get optimal background, ettl on camera, using ND?
Thanks'
Rafi
Cliff…watch your gear, looks like Obama is casing you guys. He doesn't like successful white folk ya know.
Noon, where I live means the sun is directly over-head. Placing my subject between my camera and my light source sounds like an impossibility.
She lives in Ecuador haha
