“Billy” Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland who claims to be a UFO contactee and prophet. He is also the source of many controversial UFO photographs, which he states are evidence of his encounters. Meier reports regular contact with extraterrestrials he calls the Plejaren (aliens from beyond the Pleiades) describing them as humanoid Nordic aliens.
A farmer born in the town of Bülach in the Swiss Lowlands, Eduard “Billy” Meier’s claimed his first extraterrestrial contacts occurred in 1942 at the age of five with an elderly extraterrestrial human man named Sfath.[1] Contacts with Sfath lasted until 1953. From 1953 to 1964, Meier’s contacts continued with an extraterrestrial human woman named Asket.[2] Meier says that after an eleven year break, contacts resumed again (beginning on January 28, 1975) with an extraterrestrial human woman named Semjase[3] the granddaughter of Sfath.
In his teens, Meier joined the French Foreign Legion but says he soon left and returned home. He traveled extensively around the world pursuing spiritual exploration, covering some forty-two countries over twelve years. In 1965 he lost his left arm in a bus accident in Turkey. In 1966 he met and married a Greek woman, Kalliope, with whom he has three children. The nickname “Billy” came by way of an American friend who thought Meier’s cowboy style of dress reminded her of “Billy the Kid”. This anecdote was told by Meier himself in an interview with Bob Zanotti of Swiss Radio International in June, 1982. (BZ, 1/08).
Meier has accumulated a large collection of controversial photographs showing alleged spaceships (called beamships) as well as alleged extraterrestrials (humanoids called the Plejaren). Meier says that the Plejaren gave him permission to photograph [4] and film their beamships in order to produce some of the evidence for extraterrestrial visitation.[5] Meier’s claims are both believed and disputed by UFO skeptics and enthusiasts.[6][7][8]
Say what you like about pics or whatever. But fact 1979 book existing life in the universe he says a comet would be discovered in the late 80s. It would be named toutontis. Well that happened, also later he said a meteor would be discovered in 2004 it would threaten earth in 2029 2036 and said how big it was. Well 2004, Apophis was discovered. But the size was different than what billy said. Fast forward a decade. NASA says o we where wrong it's actually not the size we thought it's a little bigger. Well their new findings got much closer to the size meiers said it was. There are many incidences where meier published discovers or happenings before it happened. I know of about 8 or so that i read personally before. Like the water on mars thing NASA announced in 2017.
I think if he is still alive and young today he would be a digital effects wizard for sci-fi movies. Creating visual effects was his passion so he did this to ammuse himself and the public.

There are only 2 photos out of 23 photos in the video that Meier/Plejaren explicitly claimed to have been forged. One is Asket-Nera in 1998 and the other is Pteranodon in 2005. Most of these 23 were authenticated by ET Ptaah, claimed to be genuine and are being published by Meier EVEN TODAY. The few others may or may not be forged since the CRs doesn't say anything on those. Just because he/she (person under scrutiny) gave an "excuse" under the pressure of criticism AFTER being exposed for promoting and selling fake pictures, doesn't completely remove their role in it.
The CR 384 and FIGU special bulletin, both from 2005, clearly spells out that the space pictures published in PPKBs (3rd edition contact notes) are genuine and are authenticated by Ptaah around the year 2001. Even Guido Moosbrugger published and defended them in his book 'And still they fly' (1991, 2001, 2004 and 2012).

Randy winters was never given permission to show these to the public as they had always been known to be faked. All of these photos were reported by another ufo researcher who went to switzerland to visit Billy as having been tampered with as far back as 1978, this was told to him by Billy himself and this info was also incidentally relayed to Kal Korff. These were never meant to be released to the public and were a selection of the few left of over 1600 photos he had taken on the journey that he kept or given to friends for sentimental purposes. No one has ever debunked the over 600 genuine clear daytime ufo photographs to this date.

We humans find it hard to accept when anything we were taught or know and believe in is being altered in one way or the other by the reality. E.G. It was believed the sun was orbiting the earth and when it was found that it was the earth which was rather orbiting the sun people found it hard to believe.
