How to make an Inset Window in a Wedding Photo Album

18 39

Hi folks. Here is a really quick video showing you how I made the inset window in these photo albums. If you want to buy the Skivertex book cloth, here is the Ebayer I bought it from. If you do buy from her, let her know I sent you her way. Thanks!

Also, if you want to see a more comprehensive tutorial on adding your covers to your book covers, please see my bookbinding tutorial series. This particular video shows it in much more detail

Products Used: 1mm & 2mm Chipboard
Skivertex bookbinding cloth (see above for where I bought it)
Binding wires.
Ribbon
Acetate (To keep the photo from getting damage)
Glue – PVA
Cardstock (for inside cover and embellishing)
Any other craft embellishments you wish to use.

thank you very much for this nice video 🙂 I was watching it a few month ago.. and I remembered your words that it's better to use a pice of cardboard than a brush for the white glue when I started to build my cardboard furniture 🙂 very helpful .. keep going on .. I like your videos 🙂 Nice greetings from germany <3

Love your tips and really like the 'chipboard' spreader!  I agree there is way to much waste with a brush or foam brush.  Wow, you sure work fast 😉  Will have to figure out how to fast forward and talk at a normal speed over the fast forward.  I am sure everyone would love to see me in 'fast forward', I so love to rattle on, it would make it more pleasent for those who watch hahahaha….sending huggles my friend!!
