How to make a living from wildlife photography and photography in general was one of the questions I would have loved to get answered about 10 years ago when I first started out as a semi-professional nature and wildlife photographer.
I now work as a full time wildlife photographer, but the road to here has definitely been bumpy and I have definitely made a lot of mistakes. The good thing about that is that I have got a lot of experiences and another good thing is, that I can now share some of these experiences with you.
In this new series of videos I am taking you behind the scenes on some of my jobs and at the same time I am explaining how I do things and why. I am going to tell about making a photo book, making an exhibition, selling prints, doing lectures, writing articles and stuff like that.
I hope you will get a lot out of these videos because I am really looking forward to getting started.

In a series of short 4K videos I will share my fascination of nature and the animal kingdom with you and invite you behind the scenes when I am out photographing the fascinating wildlife, the stunning landscapes and the wild nature. Animals find me everywhere. I've seen so many amazing things, I wish I could share my memories. Anyhow I know this will work for me but I've had no schooling and I don't have great equipment. Maybe one day. Thanks for the videos.

Hi Morten, the videos you create really show your passion for wildlife photography. They are inspirational and look forward to each new video I find on youtube. We look forward to seeing your process taking your passion into making a living . We have noticed that you are using the best spec camera gear the Nikon D5 and the Canon 1DX II along with high end lens although I don't think your Tamron 150-600 is high end, maybe you could explain that? Would it bee the high end body is the main feature in capturing the images you get? Thank you for sharing your experiences really appreciate your time and the images you create are amazing.

Wildlife photography is my biggest passion, when I first began studying photography the project I did it on was nature in Scotland, then into my HNC/HND two year course I did some stuff for my 2nd year graded unit, there's nothing like it and your videos inspire me to push myself to become what I'm most passionate about.
