You know what? There's absolutely nothing wrong with that picture. To me it is a normal, common group picture and you look just ok. There may be a small spot near your face due to some failure at printing, but that's just ordinary stuff. You don't have to be ashamed of anything and those people who bullied you were just idiots, people with a small, poor, weak mind.
You're beautiful and you do amazing things with your skills. Hope you are even more sucessful from in the future.

You got bullied, but the important thing is you never gave up and eventually found your niche. Bullies are everywhere, I got bullied in elementary, high school and even in college. As they say, "what does not kill you makes you stronger." I'd like to think of those bullying/struggles as a way of "leveling up" just like in video games. And that eventually, we all end up breezing through those levels 🙂 Anyway, when I saw your name on Casey's video I had a feeling that you could be Filipina because of the "Ganda" in your name and I was correct hehe 🙂
It was really brave of you to reveal about your past and photo of you to everyone watching. You have inspiring everyone (including myself). Keep doing what your doing cause we all (the subscribers) will support you. Also, Video game club? Nostalgia back when I made a smash bros club in high school.
Hi ate! I just found your channel through Casey Neistat's video. 🙂 thanks for this! I was actually bullied way back grade school for the once naive boy that I am, and they also made fun of my name. This video affirms what I learned over the years, and that is self-awareness. It really helps boost confidence in yourself, which makes you achieve more than what you thought you could do. 🙂

Time… Time is of the essence. Use it wisely. Being 65 I know all too well. Thank you for your story and inspiration, and always remember (like YOU said) to love yourself! I saw nothing in that photo that you (or anyone) should be embarrassed about. I saw a cute young girl that looked sad… that's all. Obviously the sadness was very deep and I am sorry you had to endure such sadness. But certainly, as you have shown, happiness can be found!

Okay. I may cross as insensitive, but I just don't get it…. What's wrong with it? One thing I can tell and idk if its just how the photo was taken or the brightness, but it looked like you had a red scar on your upper right forehead. Like if someone slashed at your forehead and blood was running down. But that's just how it looks like, and you looked like this one classmate I had, who was also Filipino, she also had like some scars from acne, but heck, she was still cute.
Besides that, it doesn't look like nothing…. Bad? Idk. Was it just because you were surrounded by a bunch of other "nerds", and i mean that like how regular kids would look at us gamers as just a bunch of nerds. Idk. It may have been a long time ago, but i honestly didn't see a lot of bullying in my school, like jocks picking on nerds and stuff. And i was also part of a video game club, tho i wasn't a regular, i just went when my friends would go and we played Pokemon X/Y and it was my senior year. And we even played during lunch. And nah, we didn't got picked on.
But that sucks to hear, honestly I don't see anything worthy to be bullied for. Youre doing something because you're having fun, and if people make fun of you for it, then fuck those people. I'm happy for you that you're doing this stuff now. And yeah, stay positive cuz things will get better eventually.

When you said you made a clay Kirby in your ceramics class I was surprised. In elementary school for art class, I also made a clay Kirby and a classmate asked if I could make one for them too.
I very much enjoyed this. I was also bullied in school. Back then, the word bullied wasn't used. But that's what it was. Thanks for making this.
Kris I think u were beautiful. I get what you mean tho, about judging ourselves. I happy I met the greatest friends I could ever have, and I tell them that ALL the time lol ( even tho it annoys them)

This touched me deep, brought back all the awful memories of being bullied in highschool, but it also reminds me that I have very good friends that helped me through it all, thank you 🙂
I’m a little embarrassed to say this but in high school I was bullied by this one kid who thought he was thugg even though the high school was in Alaska. I’d see him at parties and he would always keep a knife on him which the whole school knew about that’s why nobody wanted to mess with him Many others knew him from elementary school & he was still a asshole, I’ll admit I wanted a girlfriend to be with because I didn’t have that many friends nor did anyone talk to me in high school. I didn’t go out or tell anyone who I liked because the kid would always say things like “Eww you like her she’s gross.” Or “You a ugly ass n***a, you will never get her.” I understand there just words but I have low self esteem issues so it built up even more. After I graduated from high school I got depressed and put him on blast calling him out on IG for being fake and fighting with a knife, I tagged him in the picture and all my friends commented telling me there opinions about him and I know it’s wrong to bully others but it felt so good that others felt the same way! After that he blocked me and told me he was going to fight me lol
Nothing happened because I got a full scholarship for art.
Do I regret what I did?
Not really, all four years he did the same thing to me so in a way I got revenge
