There should be a law that protects children and women from predators whom violate at will children and women thus punitively traumatizing both groups for ever which is something the local state and federal government hold the responsibility for proving laws and protection for people violated due to abuses. Child abusers should have÷ their penis cut off or a 20 year minimal sentence and harrashmen and sexually abused other age victims should be able to prosecute and sue for pain and sufferings. No one has the right to violate anyone body mind soul nor space unless invited to do so. A person personal space body and goods rights lies with the witholder. DPitt
