Aamir Khan (born 14 March 1965), is an Indian film actor, director and producer of Bollywood cinema. Khan was born to Tahir Hussain, a film producer, and Zeenat Hussain. Khan married Reena Dutta. They have two children, a son named Junaid and a daughter, Ira. In December 2002, Khan filed for divorce. Reena took custody of both children.

On 28 December 2005, Khan married Kiran Rao. On 5 December 2011, Khan and his wife announced the birth of their son, Azad Rao Khan, through a surrogate mother.
