How did you fix your green lcd tint? did you get a replacement for a new one?

I just got my Nikon D800 this week. I have never used an DSLR camera in my life, I am still waiting for the 24-70mm Nikor lens in the mail. I can't wait 🙂
my understanding of it is that the green tint of the screen is fixed by a firmware update. My D800e was supplied with the latest firmware installed and there has no green tint.

You just have to go into whitebalance configuration and give it 1 or 2 ticks to the magenta and it will be perfectly accurate. Worked perfectly for me!

I have tested it out on field and its mind blowing the ISO is batter then d700 even full rez images but not by much however when resized its charper and sure is batter then d700 write away. Also the quality is just breath knocking, to good 🙂 36mpx give u lots of room to mess with the photo.
