Hi. Would you say the Pixel 2 XL has great stabilization, great in low light photos and better audio recording than the 6 or 6T? (I think you missed these in the video or I could be mistaken).
I pick Pixel 2 XL over the OnePlus 6T because as much as I like the software on the OnePlus 6T, I have always preferred the Pxiel because of the software that is clutter free, not that the Oxygen OS is bloated by o prefer pure Google's Android experience along with being first in line for software updates and security patches. And of course the camera trumps the OnePlus 6T but for the price the OnePlus 6T is really strong.
Help. At this point of time should i buy 2xl or op6t?

Google Cam Port for OnePlus 6T.. Google it. Download the apk file and install. You get the Pixel 3 Camera software on your OnePlus 6T.

There are some obvious facts in your review.but you forgetting to mention some obvious facts as well. The price range and the OnePlus philosophy around it. I had the pixel to be precise 2 of them and both had issues with burn in after a week.the new ones having some problems as well which I think are unacceptable in this price range . I switched to one plus one year ago and have already the second generation of the T series and in terms of day to day use speed and battery and issue free use these phones are better. Even the UI seems to be little bit better. Going to details inbetween a phone which cost almost twice as much is the outcome obvious even for a noob but in the same time the 6t doing a great job. I've use it with the Google pixel camera mod on my 6t . The pixel is overpriced to heaven with build quality far worse than other brands
Great work. It would be interesting to see you try the google pixel camera app on the OnePlus and see the results.
Pixel 3 definitely uses better camera sensors(imx363 vs imx362 in p2) with better snapdragon and pixel visual core not to get into other new features. So it is in no way same.
Do you recommend pixel 2 overall?

Google is sadly turning to Apple of Androids, the pricing, overall hardware, and even performance wise oneplus 6T is lot better deal. Phone is not about camera afterall. I am buying oneplus 6t as it gives overall better experience. Pixel phones are a mess outside of camera in more or less all respsects
You can put gcam on the oneplus if you want images closer to the pixel
Gcam mod on one plus 6T out performs the stock cam on pixel 2
Pixel 2 XL all the way, unless you have the 3 XL like me 😝

Sold my Panda White to get a Pixel 3 XL and couldn’t deal with some issues, notable the notch and distortion on the speakers. Returned the Pixel 3xl and got a 6t. The camera on the 6t isn’t even close to the Pixels so I am returning it. Just purchased a brand new Panda White Pixel 2xl on EBay ;-). #fullcircle
The Pixel 2 is not completely the same compared to the Pixel 3. Especially with getting a blue sky rather than a browny one

Oddly you could have done this comparison with the OnePlus 6 v Pixel 2XL or OnePlus 6T vs Pixel 3XL as both device upgrade has the exact same camera hardware I think we've reached peak camera with the Pixel 2XL, everything else will be incremental now AI post-processing and computational photography are starting to get fully realised.
