✳️👍✳️👍✳️👍
Great!!!
why the 50mm 1.2? such a terrible sharpness
OMG, you must be super rich to buy all that expensive L glass lenses. But one can manage with 3 third party lenses such as Sigma 24mm, Sigma 50mm Art and Tamron 70-200mm G lens and a speedlight.
goodluck juggling those lenses 😀 for me all you need is a 35 and 85 and a 70-200 thats it 😀
…typical dummy, ignoramus 🙂
Is it just me or does she look like the female gremlin?
Excellent.
Thank you.
Jasmine help??? I have a Canon 50mm Prime Lens but I don't see a f-stop marking??? I'm new to this…Please Help
SHE IS A FRAUD !!!!!!! https://fstoppers.com/guest/i-was-wrong-i-need-apologize-anyone-ive-offended-861
FUJI RULES
Why do all wedding photographers shoot Canon?
Dime cuantas camaras utilizas en una boda? Y te dire cuantos lentes usas!!!!! Ja ja ja
I'm doing my first wedding tomorrow, using one speed light an 85mm 1.8 and a 24mm 2.8, in a small church with no windows. We did the rehearsal last night and it was a challenge. I'm not a wedding photographer nor do I want to be, doing it as a favor.
These lens suit Jasmine Star's style and probably reflects in wedding photography prices she charges. Every wedding photographers needs to develop their own style and technique for photographing weddings. I know of photographers who shoot with 24-70 f2.8 and 70-200 f2.8 only while others need 4 or 5 prime lenses.
What camera bag do you have there in the video?
Until recently I was ready to give up photography because of certain things that were going on and then when I listened to you about the lenses that you were talking about you have a few that I wish I had but looks like I'm going to have to pawn one of my wheelchairs to get those lenses I wish we had more people like you to teach people like me how to do wedding photography keep up the good work,
Thank you Jasmine
Her voice is freaking me out man
No lens caps?
I don't see you having a lens cap on any of your lenses. I think protecting one's equipment is as important a lesson as any that a professional photographer should give out.

Im starting my career as a social event photographer, and right now im using an apsc sensor, with the 50mm f1.8 (that is similar to and 85mm on a full frame) and when I need to go closer I just put the 18-135mm in and use 35mm or 22mm as my focal length (cause 35mm and 21mm are like 50mm and 35mm on a full frame).
Im planning on buying a 5d mark iii, so I think I will buy the 35mm f2 and the 85mm f1.8 (cause I dont have enough money to buy the L class lenses) so I can keep shooting on the FOV that im used to. Thank you for your recomendatios
Do you ever give your clients unedited photos
Where are the samples?!? how can you do a lens review without any pictures?
Truth be told..nobody needs a 50mm 1.2 you can do just the same with 50 1.4. What a waste of money…she just buys the most expensive thinking it is the best. The 1.2 is so shallow in dof, that most shoot at 1.4 or 1.8, so why waste over a thousand more dollars. Same goes with the 85 1.2. The new Tamron 70-200 2-8 is just as good the cannon maybe not as fast but just as good quality.. I am with JD.
So if you shoot to wide you are not a lifestyle photographer?
Love the Enthusiasm
She just sold me the 85mm 1.8………………..going right now to get one.
Not use the 24-70 2.8 mark 2 ???? Sure the shots you get using the prime will be slightly better, but not having the option of being able to capture candid moments which need quick zoom in and out for instance and composition which you can not capture quick enough by moving yourself back and forward with a prime only serves for the married couple to miss out on photos they would of had with zoom !
Jasmine, what is that camera bag? I have been long searching for one that size.
if she says curate one more time…
So just the most expensive glass available.
Don't forget the 50 1.8 STM its only like $100.
Would any of you professionals out there please give me your views and experience on this? I'm looking to drop $500 on a 28-300mm lens for events just so I don't have to fiddle with changing lenses and missing a moment. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated!!
Does anyone know what bags she is using in this video? If you carry that many lenses around you need some large bags which can carry some serious weight.
love it but u can suggest nikon lens
Thanks! I've been wondering what lense to buy next. Thanks for the tips
