Portrait Professional StudioMax FAIL!!! Protrait Pro

This is a recording that states how PortraitPro studio is the only company I have heard of violating someone for copyright violations based on their “interface” being seen in the background! They did not like my factual video showing that their program has a major error in it and they could not figure out why.
My computer was tested by Apple and no errors were found – computer was “clean”.
I contacted PortraitPro and they informed me
“Hi Kai,

With regards to your first image. Can you edit the image again, as you have in your youtube video and this time save the file as a session? Can you then send this to me at [email protected]. Please include your ticket number 140776.

With regards to your second error, can you open the software and click Help About Portrait Pro System Info and paste the information in a reply to this ticket? Could you also check your preferences color management and let me know how you have the color management set up?

They did not like my true comments so they simple had me violated for thier “Software interface is shown”.

How amazing! I wonder if they do this to all their negative reviews so therefore it looks like their software is “perfect”.
Also, be warned that this means all other companies like LR and PS, etc. can make this same claim.

    these guys are crappy as heck.. they released a new version less than 6 months and want you to pay again for an upgrade.

    Im glad you won…i was going to say :as long as you describe in some way using their program while showing it, its your right to show their interface….Additionally as long as the program was purchased its again your right to show their program without sourcing it

    Did you at least get a refund?  I would have barked at them and hounded them until I got my money back.  I HATE IT when people are taken advantage of!

    That is very not cool. Shame on you Anthropics (the makers of Portrait Professional). My advice to them would be to fix the problem, give you a totally free copy with a letter of apology and then ask you to do another review which they fund…

    You may be surprised to discover that I found other youtube clips showing their software, these were not negative.

    I am actually a fan of Portrait Professional and now have a dilemma. Has anyone else tried v12 Studio Max and had a good experience?
