I have a canon SL2 and I want lenses like y'alls. Where can I get them at?
#Chelsea …you are a 5.4…. Seriously ?
You look like a 5.9 or so….
And those lenses 💓
But can't ever afford it, maybe in the next life.
Hi
The thumbnail image for this video seems a little odd, does it not? A flash with a super-telephoto lens?
Omg that lens is huge!
What kind of cf card u use send me the link of a fast one
I'm using a memory card that is probably 4 plus years old. I never thought there was need for upgrade. Also, keep in mind that memory card has to be downloaded–16 GB means you download every other day or so, or after each camera shoot, about 500 + photos which have to be labeled and evaluated. 32 GB or 64 GB becomes a major project. I don't shoot in RAW which uses up memory card space.
I appreciate that y'all discuss the problems and mistakes that you have. I feel better that I have the same complications.
Your video is just very informative.. thanks… Can you please suggest brands of mono tripod … And by the way you will be very welcome to come to Guatemala… I'm a bird watching certified guide at The Caribbean… And for any information… At your service… info@guatemalaquest.com Thanks…
I prefer Olympus OM-D M II with the 300 4.0
Wow I feel lucky hearing your stories, I have been able to walk up on several blue herons just today I was 10 feet from a heron watched him catching crawfish for about 10 minutes before I let him be.
I love how Christopher is able to so great pictures while staying frugal.
Google: can birds see UV. Yes they can. So can deer, bees and others.
All the camo gear these folk have on is MADE with some fibers that emit color in UV frequencies. Standard wash powder for clothes has UV emitters. Its what gives you 'whiter than white' freshly laundered clothing. Camo (well all clothing) gives you a glowing UV halo.
Go browse deer hunting forums if you don't believe me. Or Youtube..
The birds (animals) are reacting to body language. People in camo relax more – so do the critters. Don't look right at them. Don't think 'at' them. Think about family, a tree being big, anything but the bird. It gives you 'safe' body language. We are hunters – eyes to front. If we stare we are 'hungry'. BTW a (slow) blink or wink is the universal hello.
I can walk through flocks of birds ground feeding & they stay there. They keep a certain distance – but don't leave. I can get odd looks in urban spaces 🙂
She looks so edible…
Hello There, do you recommend 500mm f4 is 2 or 600mm f4 is 2 ? I have to make my choice. I’m new on bird photography. I have 7d Mark II and 100-400 2 now. After a big lens 100-400 can be sold. Both of big lenses are used but the 500mm is more trusty and clean.
Why is there no one in the video? #camomemes
Hey can you do a vlog only doing wildlife photography? I really like to see birds up close so I can “study” them
what about the sigma 150-600 C ?
What's wrong with being a hunter too?
The 300mm 2.8 is very good in low light and is better at keeping the entire bird in the frame Tony. It also allows for faster shutter speeds.
thanks for the tip about AF On button, i will try it when im out next
– I enjoy your videos, however it’s interesting that your default stereotype is that people in camouflage are “murderers and hunters” as you travel and expand your photographic horizons i implore you to expand your cultural horizons so as not to alienate an entire subset of good and descent people. Especially if their patronage is Financially beneficial to you.
Weird, in my country Rowe pronounced the same as 'row your boat'
those lens are back brake
I nearly didn't see you three there.. I was wondering who was talking but you were all so well camouflaged.
